Eight exclusive high‑quality tourist routes have been officially released by Linyi municipal bureau of culture and tourism for audiences attending The 26th Shandong Province Sports Games. Visitors can combine match‑watching with sightseeing to explore the natural scenery, revolutionary heritage and folk culture of Yimeng Mountain area.
The opening ceremony themed Chasing Dreams Amid Mountains and Seas: The Vibrant Yimeng will kick off at Linyi Olympic Sports Park Stadium on August 26. The newly‑unveiled routes cover diverse travel themes including mountain sightseeing, red revolutionary study tours, cave landscape exploration, ancient village experience and family‑friendly recreation.
The eight routes include:
1.Guimeng Scenic Area and Mengtong Resort one‑day tour for mountain viewing and leisure experience;
2.Tianmeng Scenic Area one‑day tour, birthplace of Ballad of Yimeng Mountain;
3.Tian Shang Wang Cheng scenic spot one‑day tour featuring grand ancient‑war performance;
4.Zhuquan Village and Hongshizhai one‑day tour for ancient village and cliff amusement projects;
5.Red‑sister Hometown tourist area one‑day tour for revolutionary heritage immersive experience;
6.Firefly Water Cave & Underground Grand Canyon one‑day tour for karst cave sightseeing;
7.Snow Mountain Rainbow Valley, Underground Gallery and Rainbow Town one‑day tour;
8.Lishan Jian scenic area one‑day tour for flower viewing and non‑power amusement facilities.
Travelers may visit natural wonders, intangible‑heritage workshops and red‑culture sites after watching competitions of the Games. The route package integrates sports events with local tourism resources to extend the consumption chain and display Linyi’s multi‑dimensional charm to visitors from across Shandong Province.
